Ever since birth, my favorite question to ask has been, “Why?” Product design gave me a way to turn that curiosity into meaningful experiences, from a music-powered dance fitness app to an adaptive cookbook for kids with special needs. I design with inclusivity and accessibility in mind because people’s needs deserve to be thoughtfully considered.
Growing up in Rockville, Maryland, exposed me to diverse perspectives and shaped how I approach design. I listen closely, question assumptions, and design with empathy. I’m drawn to problems that sit at the intersection of people, technology, and responsibility, seeking to understand why users face challenges so I can help solve them in practical, human-centered ways.
As someone who thinks deeply, I’m growing by stepping into challenging and unfamiliar spaces and taking action. As Director of Design at Hack4Impact-UMD, I support 18 designers across 7 project teams in designing products for nonprofits. I’m learning how to lead with intention and encourage others by building collaborative design teams, supporting peer growth, and creating space for thoughtful design practice.
People I work with often describe me as curious, thoughtful, and driven. I’m always eager to learn from others and continue growing as a designer.
I'm recently getting into weightlifting 💪
I'm minoring in French because I love the language and culture. I recently studied abroad in the beautiful South of France, which broadened my perspective on the world and introduced me to many delicious pastries!
Growing up, I liked playing computer games with friends and definitely watched too many Minecraft YouTube videos 😅
